• CARD & CASH ONLY — No Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or other payment methods will be accepted.
• PLEASE NO OUTSIDE FOOD.
• There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.
💰 FEES:
• $25 Late Fee after 10 minutes late
• $30 Hair Take-Down Fee
• $25 Late Pick-Up Fee for minors picked up more than 10 minutes late
• NO EXTRA GUESTS.
- If the client is a minor, only ONE adult may accompany them.
- If you are dropping off your child, please ensure they are picked up on time.
Deposits are non-refundable.
CANCELATIONS MUST BE DONE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. DAY OF CANCELING WILL RESULT IN A $50 FEE. To cancel your appointment contact via text at +1 (865) 745-9554 between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday.
